The apartment was fully refurbished in February 2007 and includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge freezer and automatic washing machine. The bathroom has been converted to a wet room and includes a large walk in shower with glass block screen. The twin bedroom has been tastefully decorated and has a built in wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors with built in safe. The lounge and dining areas are light and airy and have new modern up to date furniture. There are 2 terraces with the apartment , one at the rear which overlooks a garden area and the Sur Y Sol front entrance, this terrace has the sun up to around mid day. The front terrace overlooks the pool area and has the sun from midday until sunset.
